Our commitments

Independence, rigour, responsiveness

We aim to provide a service built around three priorities: responsiveness, proximity and flexibility.

  • Responsiveness

Responsiveness is one of our golden rules: provided we receive the necessary documents and information, we undertake to complete a file within six weeks at most. Otherwise, we will justify any additional time required.

  • Independence

Objective findings, established impartially with respect to all parties.

  • Rigour

A complete and consistent procedure: all the technical information you need in the body of the report, together with all supporting documents.

  • Advice and prevention

As field-based technicians, and because many losses stem from a lack of knowledge of transport rules and methods, we consider it our duty to provide advice and loss prevention to your insureds as well as to our clients.

  • Confidentiality

Strict confidentiality regarding the files and information entrusted to us.
